		<description>Even though it seems really hard right now, all that studying will definitely pay off in the long run. From what I've heard, the hardest part of pharmacy school is getting in -- even though you have to study a lot now it will get easier. Think about how many people would trade places with you in a heartbeat! Good luck with your studies.</description>

		<description>I too failed a personality test (at CVS).  I was told to take it again and lie because they are not allowed to hire you if you are red., You will score red if you are truely honest, never steal, and always show up on time.  I think they assume no one is that perfect and that you must be lying.</description>
